In the app
Open Settings and tap “Delete my data”. When you confirm, we delete your player record, your runs and your sessions. The bosses you made are hidden.
The same step works in your browser at yensene.com/play.
Without the app
Write to support@yensene.com from any email address. Put “Hesap silme / Delete account” in the subject.
Add the nickname that the app shows. If you can, also add the link of a boss you made. We delete your data within 30 days and reply to you.
What we delete
Your nickname, your runs and your sessions. The links of the bosses you made stop working.
What we keep
Nothing personal. Anonymous totals, such as the total number of plays, can stay.
